Global Deaths From Coronavirus Exceeds 10000

The global death toll due to the coronavirus outbreak has reached 10,052 with over 245,916 infections and 88,465 are recovered at the current moment, 20th March 2020 – 2 PM. It draws comparisons with painful periods such as World War Two, the 2008 financial crisis and the 1918 Spanish flu. 

Currently, infected patients are 147,454 out of which 140,066(95%) are in mild condition and 7,388(5%) are in serious or critical condition.

Total cases in China are 80,967, out of which total deaths are 3,248 and 71,150 are recovered. 6,569 are active cases out of which 2,136 are in critical condition.

Total cases in Italy are 41,035, out of which total deaths are 3,405 and 4,440 are recovered. 33,190 are active cases out of which 2,498 are in critical condition.

Total cases in Iran are 18,407, out of which total deaths are 1,284 and 5,979 are recovered. 11,144 are active cases out of which none are in critical condition.

Total cases in Spain are 18,077, out of which total deaths are 831 and 1,107 are recovered. 16,139 are active cases out of which 939 are in critical condition.

Total cases in Germany are 15,320, out of which total deaths are 44 and 115 are recovered. 15,161 are active cases out of which 2 are in critical condition.

Total cases in the USA are 14,366, out of which total deaths are 217 and 125 are recovered. 14,024 are active cases out of which 64 are in critical condition.
